We are an interdisciplinary team of passionate tennis players, certified coaches, and experienced engineers.
Our expertise spans mechanical engineering, human factors engineering, and business development. This combination enables us to develop innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate technology, design, and user experience.
Some members of our team are ranked in the top 100 in their respective age groups in Germany, bringing both athletic and technical expertise to every project.

Steffen is responsible for strategy and business plans at myRacket. With his analytical perspective, he ensures that we keep our vision clearly in focus and implement it sustainably. He is also among the top 100 players in his age group in Germany.
Marco is our product specialist. He contributes deep expertise in rackets, strings, and equipment, ensuring that we offer our customers the best possible product experience. He is also among the top 100 players in his age group in Germany.
Of course, we must not forget our dedicated fitting and workshop team as well as our locations – none of this would be possible without them. The team consists of trained tennis coaches and technicians who, with their expertise and passion, ensure that every racket is perfectly tuned.
Together, we are a strong team that complements each other optimally in technical, commercial, and athletic terms – with the goal of taking tennis to a new level.
Our motivation – Why we founded myRacket!
We founded myRacket because we struggled ourselves to find the perfect racket. We could not find an objective testing procedure on the market: the physical conditions during tests are often very different, and the "test rackets" are strung with different strings and tensions. When we finally held a racket that we liked, we could not objectively say why, i.e., which parameter had made the difference.
Furthermore, we discovered that conventional racket manufacturers allow tolerances of up to +/- 9 grams – too much for our taste.
We are convinced that every tennis player can improve their performance with an individually customized tennis racket – whether in terms of speed, spin, precision, or agility, while minimizing strain on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
Our vision – custom-made rackets for every player!
Our vision is to manufacture tennis rackets for individual players, to improve their game and increase their identification with the sport of tennis – using the best carbon fibers available on the market, with the lowest possible tolerances between any two rackets, and with the optimal configuration.
Using an objective, data-driven testing process, we analyze body type, fitness level, playing style, and potential to determine the optimal racket configuration.
