How it works

• Service: Premium OnCourt Fitting (approx. 60 minutes) or Master OnCourt Fitting (approx. 120 minutes), you choose the variant when you buy
• Process: an online questionnaire about playing style and requirements beforehand, then over 500 balls with different racket configurations, including blind and semi-blind tests. In the Master we also compare the favourite set-ups with our camera system.
• Location: Premium at all myRacket locations, Master in Frankfurt am Main, Mainz, Würzburg and Zistersdorf/Vienna. Court fees and balls are included.
• Result: written evaluation with the optimal racket configuration; on request, we then build the racket exactly to this data
• Delivery: as a code by email, no shipping costs
• Redemption: online at checkout: enter the code in the field for discount code or gift card, the amount is deducted immediately. Any remaining balance stays on the code.
• Validity: three years, the period starts at the end of the year in which the gift card was issued (Terms and Conditions § 14). Cash payout is excluded.
