What types of gift cards are there?
We offer:

Perfect if you want to give a Fitting or a racket as a gift.
How do your bundles work?
In the bundle builder you put together your package from individual products yourself. Accessories, strings, clothing and stringing count together: from 3 items 5%, from 4 items 7%, from 5 items 10%. With a custom racket, the Ultra Bag tennis bag gets cheaper: €30 with one, €60 with two, €100 with three rackets. Starter Bundle and Matchday Bundle are available as ready-made packages. You see the savings in the builder straight away; they are deducted automatically in the cart.
Can I combine gift cards with discounts?
Yes. You can always redeem gift cards, including together with the bundle benefits from the bundle builder. Whether a discount code also applies depends on the code in question; the conditions are always stated with the promotion.
How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for three years, counted from the end of the year in which they were issued. Cash payout is not possible.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Simply in the online shop: enter the gift card code at checkout in the field for discount code or gift card, and the amount is deducted immediately. If the gift card is worth more than your order, the remaining balance stays on the code and you can use it for your next order. This also applies to gift cards for a Fitting, a custom racket or the Starter Bundle.
