We are an interdisciplinary team of passionate tennis players, certified coaches and experienced engineers.
Our expertise spans mechanical engineering, human factors engineering and business development. This combination allows us to develop innovative solutions that seamlessly combine technology, design and user experience.
Parts of our team are among the top 100 in their age groups in Germany and bring both sporting and technical know-how to every project. myRacket GmbH is based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt.

Who we are – the minds behind myRacket
Markus Harnack
Managing director with a focus on sales, marketing and HR, holds a master's degree in industrial engineering as well as mechanical engineering. Professionally he previously worked in product management, later as sales manager and business developer. At myRacket he is the first point of contact – he is responsible for external presence as well as the Fitting and customer service areas.
Yannic Nobel
Managing director with a focus on production, finance and purchasing, additionally takes care of office organisation, product management and technical development. With his degree in mechanical engineering and many years of experience in model design – from 3D printing to frame development – he brings valuable know-how to product development.
The extended myRacket team
Steffen is responsible at myRacket for strategy and business plans. With his analytical eye he makes sure that we keep our vision clearly in focus and implement it sustainably. He is also among the top 100 players in his age group in Germany.
Marco is our product specialist. He brings deep expertise in rackets, strings and materials and makes sure we offer our customers the best possible product experience. He too is among the top 100 players in his age group in Germany.
Of course we don't want to forget our dedicated Fitting and workshop team and our locations – without them none of this would be possible. The team consists of trained tennis coaches and craftspeople who, with their expertise and passion, make sure every racket is perfectly tuned.
Together we are a strong team that complements each other technically, commercially and in sporting terms – with the goal of taking tennis to a new level.
Our motivation – why we founded myRacket!
We founded myRacket in 2022 because we ourselves struggled to find the perfect racket for us. We could not find an objective test procedure on the market: the physical conditions during tests are often very different, the "test rackets" are strung with different strings and gauges. When we then held a racket in our hands that we liked, we could not say objectively why, i.e. which parameter made the difference.
We also found out that conventional racket manufacturers allow tolerances of ±5 grams and more – too much for our taste.
We are convinced that every tennis player can improve their performance with an individually tuned tennis racket – whether in terms of speed, spin, precision or agility, and with minimal strain on wrists, elbows and shoulders.
Our vision – custom-made rackets for every player!
Our vision is to make tennis rackets for individual players, to improve their game and increase identification with the sport of tennis – with the best carbon fibres available on the market, with the lowest possible tolerances between two rackets and with the optimal configuration.
With an objective, data-driven test procedure we analyse body type, fitness level, playing style and potential in order to determine the optimal racket configuration.
This is how we bring the Fitting approach from professional sport to recreational sport.
