Want to know which tennis racket really suits you? – The OnCourt Fitting finds out live on court: you try over 14 racket configurations with over 500 balls, we evaluate the data – no obligation to buy, but with a crystal-clear racket recommendation.

Right for you if …

  • you have arm pain or rarely hit the sweet spot
  • you don’t want to guess but be objectively analysed live on court
  • you don’t want to buy a pig in a poke and only decide after the Fitting

Probably not if you can’t get to a location: then the Online Fitting is a better fit.

What’s included

  • Service: OnCourt Fitting as Premium or Master (selection above), including court, balls and high-tech analysis – you only bring your game
  • Premium: approx. 60 minutes, blind and semi-blind tests, grip size check, personal evaluation
  • Master: approx. 120 minutes, everything from Premium plus camera analysis – at selected locations
  • Location: locations in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia and Spain (Tenerife); you choose yours when booking (All locations)
  • Process: after your order we get in touch within 48 hours and agree a day and time with you – please provide your phone number and email address

Good to know

  • After the Fitting: Your values stay saved with us, and you then order your custom racket without entering values. What each value means is explained on the After the Fitting page.
  • Questions beforehand? In the free info call you clarify the process and options.
  • Withdrawal for appointment bookings: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If your appointment takes place within this period, you expressly request with the booking that we begin the service beforehand. Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have fully provided the Fitting.

Frequently asked questions about booking

What is the difference between Premium and Master OnCourt Fitting?

The Master OnCourt Fitting takes twice as long and adds a camera analysis.
– Premium (€139, approx. 60 minutes on court): over 500 balls with over 14 racket configurations, blind and semi-blind tests, grip size check and personal evaluation. Bookable at all 12 myRacket locations.
– Master (€209, approx. 120 minutes on court): everything from Premium, plus a camera analysis (e.g. Baseline Vision) of contact point, sweet spot hits, net clearance, depth and consistency. Bookable in Frankfurt am Main, Mainz, Würzburg and Zistersdorf/Vienna.

What do I need to bring to the OnCourt Fitting?

Basically just yourself, your tennis shoes and your current racket. Court and balls are included in the Fitting.

What happens if it rains during the OnCourt Fitting or I fall ill?

Then we'll find a solution.
If the courts are unplayable or you're ill, we'll usually move your appointment to a new slot. Just let us know as early as possible so we can plan.

Can I cancel or reschedule a Fitting appointment?

Yes, free of charge up to 96 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, we may charge 50% of the agreed fee (T&Cs § 10 para. 3).

What do I get at the end of the OnCourt Fitting?

You receive a written report with your optimal racket configuration. If you like, we'll then build your racket exactly to these specifications.
